- 58% prefer mobile websites as opposed to apps for watching videos
- 81% prefer mobile websites for researching prices AND
- 64% prefer mobile websites for learning about business features such as their address & contact info.

- Keep it Simple- make it easy to read and navigate
- Design for Thumbs, not fingertips - make sure that the navigation is easy to hit with your thumbs without clicking on the wrong page by accident
- Prioritize your content - Make sure that your most valuable content & message is the first thing that the visitor will see
- Take advantage of unique mobile features such as 'click to call' or display content based on the user's location AND
- Make It as easy as possible for your mobile site visitor to take action & shorten the conversion process
